Concours de Tartes aux Fruits - Coming Soon!

The Concours de Tartes aux Fruits will feature some fun changes for 2013, the 6th year of this contest that determines the top pastry chefs in our region. First, the event mTartoves to Multnomah Athletic Club to accommodate its growing audience. Second, celebrity chefs Ken Forkish (Ken's Artisan Bakery) and Janie Hibler (author of The Berry Bible) will join returning judges, Philippe Boulot and Pascal Chureau, on the judges panel. Finally, the event attendees will not only enjoy tasting the tartes from the region's top pastry chefs, but also French-style premium ham and gourmet imported cheeses, as well as sparkling wine and European-style cider.
