Student Feedback, New Classes & Old Favorites
The Spring Term student survey inspired many students to describe their favorite aspects of their French classes. Click here for the latest feedback from students. Unsure about which class to take this summer? Consider the brand-new offering: Atelier Peinture, in which students will try their hand at watercolor - in French - no artistic experience necessary. Advanced classes include an evening Littérature et conversation on the novel Tristan et Iseult, the medieval love story. And, by popular demand, Beginning Phonetics will be offered once again. Says Kathryn Mascorella, Education Manager, "Phonetics was the most important French class I took in college - it helps not only with mastering the accent and intonation, but also sharpens listening comprehension." To register for the Summer Term (June 24 - August 31, 2013), visit www.afportland.org or call 503.223.8388. Classes begin next week!
