Fourth Street in downtown St. Paul has a bright future ahead with the opening of the Green Line in June, but we want to make that future even brighter by creating connections - between stations, between modes of transportation, and between transportation and commerce.
The Future of Fourth will open Fourth Street in downtown St. Paul from Minnesota to Wacouta to bike and pedestrian traffic only.
