Welcome to the 2014-2015 school year! As of now your salary is available for you to review in Skyward through Employee Access. Click
here for instructions on 'Getting Started with Employee Access for Payroll' and reference the section on 'Check History.'
For those of you who are new to the District, Steve Williams is the Chief Human Resource Officer, and I am the Chief Financial Officer. Our offices work very closely together to ensure that you are compensated correctly.
In recent years we have had isolated instances where information regarding insurance or investment products has not uploaded correctly. We do our best to double check the upload, however we need you to verify all information regarding your salary and all deductions on your paycheck. Important Note: Premiums for insurance have changed and the retirement rate for member contribution has changed from 6.4% to 6.7%. Please check all line items in your salary analysis.
If you have questions regarding your annual salary and/or benefits deductions, please follow the steps below:
Complete the Compensation Concern Worksheet and attach a copy of your current check information from Employee Access for the pay period in question. Return all of the documents to the Payroll Department by inter-campus mail, email, or by Fax: 817-232-0238.
Returning employees who have remained in the same position for the 2014-2015 school year - Payroll will address your salary concerns. (If necessary, Human Resources may get involved to help with a resolution.)
New employees or employees who have changed positions - Payroll will forward your Compensation Concern Worksheet to Human Resources.
Following the worksheet review, the Payroll Department or Human Resource Department will contact you by phone, email, or inter-campus mail within two weeks from the time the concern is received.
