QUILTS OF A DIFFERENT COLOR

Learn how easy it is to apply color using regular colored pencils to a small, quilted piece. Don't be afraid of using bold,
bright colors to create great contrast and drama to your piece.

Also learn how to do very impressive looking shading in order to create a 3D effect.

Once you learn how easy it is, you will ask yourself, "why haven't I tried it a long time ago!"

FUN, FUNKY, & WHIMSICAL FREEHAND DESIGNS

Learn from Irena as she makes up designs on a whim as she goes. You will learn how to make up some unique and unusual designs, by playing with shapes you are already familiar with and then adding some unexpected twists, turns and embellishments. You need to relax and just stitch away. You are the only one who knows how your design is supposed to look like! If you love what you just created, other people will love it too.

BLOCKS, BORDERS, & SASHINGS WITH LITTLE OR NO MARKING

Learn how to create perfectly matching designs for blocks, borders, and sashings. This hands-on experience should give you enough confidence in handling just about any quilting challenge after you acquire the knowledge and understanding of the basic design concept. If you are tired of looking for the most appropriate designs to make your quilt theme, just create your own quilting designs on an as needed basis.
