You did it again and we are so grateful! You voted us Best Bakery AND Best Breakfast in Central Kitsap, and we appreciate that so much!

You may have noticed that our team has gone through some big changes over the past few months. Sharon, Betuel and Mark are still around, while Rheycel has left to find her dreams. Vicky is on extended maternity leave and Alfred has gone off to college. Mayra is taking a lead role up front after only 6 months!

Chelsea is in the back more than ever, learning to bake and still doing phenomenally delicious soups and salads, until we are staffed enough to get more help back there. Chrissy came on board in August, Kailia joined us 3 months ago, Elise joined us 3 weeks ago and Shanice joined us 3 days ago!

We have never had this much team change at once, and we are learning together, rebuilding our culture, and I am sure we are making plenty of mistakes, so we THANK YOU for your continued support and patience. 

We are grateful to you each time you through our door. We know that you choose to come here and spend your precious time and money with us, and we want you to know that we are taking responsibility, being active in our community, making the world a better place and taking better care of you with every bite you take. 

We appreciate your complaints and constructive criticism, possibly even more than your wonderful compliments, because those gifts help us to continually improve what we do. We take every comment seriously, and we have made many changes and upgrades due to input from our customer family. In fact, we rely on that input because we know we can't think of everything!

We most appreciate it when you come to us directly to point out our mistakes, either in person, on the phone or through email, rather than anonymous posts on the world wide web. However, I do respond to every internet post I see, good, bad or indifferent, so that everyone is acknowledged and you know you are heard. If I don't respond, it is most likely that I didn't see it.

I know how difficult it can be to 'complain', or point out short-comings, and since we always see it as an opportunity to improve, it means the world to us when you care enough about us to do just that.
