The statistics are frightening:- 338 number of emergency calls for overdoses July 5 to August 4 (in Akron)
- 323 number of emergency calls from overdoses January 1 to July 4 (in Akron)
- 79 number of people who died from overdoses in Akron this year; 27 of those 79 deaths were from July 5 to August 4
