Green, Sustainable Business Survey

The Greater Akron Chamber is collaborating with Sustainability4SMEs in a survey of small- and mid-sized companies' attitudes towards and experiences with green and sustainable business practices.  One goal is to identify what drives smaller companies to implement sustainable business initiatives and the hurdles they encounter; another is to identify the sources of help and support companies have used in developing and adopting these practices.

Whether or not you have implemented any sustainability initiatives, we urge you to fill out the 28- question survey, which will take no more than ten minutes.  The study's results will be reported to us in aggregate; respondents' identities will remain anonymous.

This is already one of the largest bodies of research on sustainability in small- and mid-sized companies developed to date in the U.S. The information we gather will help Keep Akron Beautiful improve our understanding of how we can expand our own knowledge of this topic in order to enhance the value of the advisory services we offer our clients in different industry sectors.
