YPN Leadership Luncheon:
Feb. 18, 2014

The YPN Leadership Luncheon Series was created to provide young professionals a more in-depth opportunity to access and learn from established leaders, network with peers and provide employers opportunities to showcase their organizations to the community's emerging leaders.
The Leadership Luncheon is FREE for YP's, but space is limited to the first 50 people. This event is for YPN members only. Registration is required to attend. If you are interested in becoming a YPN member, please contact Sarah Vojtek at vojtek@greaterakronchamber.org.
The leadership Luncheon will include networking, lunch and a presentation from Nick Albrecht, Vice President of Perishables, ACME Fresh Market. Mr. Albrecht will share his insights on leadership, the Akron community, and ACME's strategies for winning at retail.
Lunch and networking will start at 11:30 a.m. and the presentation will begin at noon in the Community Room.

Nominate a Driven YP Today! Now Accepting Nominations for the 2014 30 for the Future Awards Program!
The Greater Akron Chamber proudly presents the 8th Annual 30 for the Future recognition program. 30 for the Future recognizes 30 young professionals (ages 25-39) who live and/or work in the Greater Akron region, who are trendsetters in their industries and who make an impact on the region through dynamic leadership and community service.
Nominations will be accepted through Friday, March 28, 2014. Each nominee will be required to complete the 30 for the Future Leadership Document. This document addresses specific questions concerning the nominees' skills in leadership and community contributions. Nominees must be between the ages of 25 and 39 by MARCH 28, 2014 to be considered.
The 2014 30 for the Future award recipients will be recognized at a gala celebration in September.
