The Framework for 21st Century School Nursing Practice provides structure and focus for the key principles and components of current day, evidence-based school nursing practice and is aligned with the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child model. The leadership component of the Framework highlights that school nurses are change agents and lifelong learners who welcome innovative ways to ensure all students have access to a school nurse.
