The four-day conference offers school nurses from across the country strategies to build their leadership skills as well as enhance their understanding of laws and policies affecting school health. New FREE Prescription Drug Abuse and Misuse Awareness Tools From Smart Moves, Smart Choices, a collaborative project between NASN and Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. New tools include a short animated video called "Choices" about the serious decisions and pressures facing teens regarding prescription drug abuse, and "Start Smart;" tools designed to help elementary schools educate children and parents about safe and proper use of over-the-counter and prescription medications.
