Energy Efficiency Study in The New York Times
CEGA affiliates Meredith Fowlie and Catherine Wolfram recently evaluated the efficiency of the nation's largest residential energy efficiency program, the Weatherization Assistance Program, along with co-author Michael Greenstone. Their study, featured in The New York Times, suggests that energy efficiency investments do not deliver savings to households, as had been expected.
