IT'S NOMINATING SEASON!
Well, it isn't exactly the Oscars but it is time to start the nomination process for the PTO's 2015-16 Executive Board. The nominating committee will meet in February to compile a list of candidates for each available position. If you are interested in being on the nominating committee please contact Heather Pigott (heather.pigott@live.com) ASAP.
Likewise, if you are interested in being on the Executive Board please contact Heather as well. Currently there are six slated positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and Communications. The VP and Assistant Treasurer positions require a 2 year commitment as those individuals move into the President and Treasurer roles in year two. Members of the Executive Board meet once a month to discuss overall PTO programming, fundraising, and budget allocation.

Kudos
An enormous thank you to the parents who stepped up this week to aid our Math Facilitator, Judith Campbell, with a major project she is preparing for our children. Danielle Wylie, Justine Cody, Sarah Graham, Joy Wiitala, Florie Park and Heather Boulanger, thank you! Also, thank you to Judith Campbell for going the extra mile with our school's math program. We're very grateful for your dedication.
Kudos to Sarah Padgitt for running such a smooth and highly successful Grand Foods receipt collection program this year. Lastly, a note of appreciation to Deb Shonfeld and Heather Smith for orchestrating yet another wonderful faculty fun lunch, an event which is so appreciated by the faculty.
