Wine & Food Pairing Weekends at Fenn Valley Vineyards & Wine Cellar

April 20, 21, 27, & 28. Seating times vary.
This year we are moving this event and the associated "Pre-Release Winemaker's Dinner" to April to take advantage of Michigan Wine Month. The importance of Michigan Wine Month has been steadily growing for many years, and we have decided to join the many wine events scheduled during April to celebrate the Michigan Wine Industry.During this event, we try to unravel some of the mysteries that seemingly surround a successful wine and food pairing, hopefully helping you understand why some wines pair better with certain foods than others. On top of that, we are giving you a sneak peek at some of the wines that will be released during the coming year.Because the Wine & Food Pairing Weekends have become our most popular event, reservations are required. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you are invited to sit back and enjoy yourself during your hour and a half tasting experience. We try to make this event both fun and educational. www.fennvalley.com
