Leadership Summit 2015: What does a mission-shaped church look like?
Rev. Graham Horsley leads Rocky Mountain Conference in exploring Fresh Expressions

Story and photos by Charmaine Robledo
Director of Communications, Mountain Sky Area

Focusing on people - not projects - was the core idea that nearly 100 leaders of the Rocky Mountain Conference heard during the annual Leadership Summit held Sept. 25 and 26 at St. Luke's United Methodist Church in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Prayers, help still needed for refugees in Europe
Missionary Carol Partridge reports from migrant camp in Macedonia

Carol Partridge, a retired missionary of the Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church, was assigned to the United Methodist Church of Macedonia as Director of Christian Education. She retired in May, but is still living in Macedonia part-time and helping. She sent photos and an update about the growing refugee crisis currently happening in Europe, specifically in her area of Macedonia:

"Along with the DS Daniela and other representatives from the church, I visited the migrant camp in Gevgelia, at Macedonian side of the border with Greece. Attached are a few of my photos. The situation is tolerable now, but will quickly deteriorate as the weather gets rainy and colder. Please keep the situation and people in your prayers. Blessings, Carol"
