Our Mission is to keep children safe and support families in crisis through prevention, assessment, and intervention.

Our Vision is a community where children are safe, families are strong, and victims become whole again.

"We make a living by what we get; we make a life by what we give." - Winston Churchill

Empower a Young Adult

Become a Mentor

Getting the most out of life isn't about how much you keep to yourself, but how much you share with others.

Connections Count provides case management and mentors for at risk young adults and their families, ages 18-26.  Our goal is to equip young adults for successful lives as independent adults by connecting them to local resource agencies.  Through Connections Count, caring staff and volunteers make sure these young adults have every opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge to transition successfully into adulthood.

Do you enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with others? Being a mentor can be a powerful experience that produces great benefits for both the mentor and mentee, tangible and intangible.

Be that leader. Be a mentor. You can make a difference one person at a time.
