The versatility and ease of the Memphis Grill make the cooking and smoking of any meat simple and easy.
Picture below is an 18 lbs. turkey that was cooked for 9 hours at 225 degrees Fahrenheit. The one touch temperature control, meat probe and our innovative roasting rack made it a snap.
Simply set BBQ temperature and set probe to the internal temperature you desire (160 in this case) and walk away. There was no need for a rotisserie, as is the case with traditional BBQs, as the integrated convection ensures even cooking every time.
 What about bacon? Sure your BBQ can cook bacon if you are looking for grease fire and melted aluminum siding, but the Memphis grills no flare wood pellet fuel not only smokes but also eliminate the need for a chemical fire extinguisher. This bacon was cooked for 2 hours at 250 degrees.
