Greetings!

I wrote this Trade Secret nearly three years ago, but I really feel that it is worth repeating.
Even though we live in a digital world that expects information and responses in nanoseconds, this doesn't mean that spelling and sentence structure no longer matter.
We are judged, and judge each other, on pretty much everything, writing included. Therefore, since the majority of us communicate via text and email to our customers, proper writing skills are more important than ever.
I admit that I am somewhat of a snob when it comes to misspelled words. I also admit that I make mistakes. However, I try to limit my mistakes as much as possible and take the time to reread my texts and emails, and also use spell check. It only takes a few extra nanoseconds and makes me feel and appear more professional.
Please check it out. Hopefully there are no errors. :)
If you're not a member, it's super easy to join FromDesign2Build.com. I promise you that this will be money well spent.
Thanks!

E-Mailing for Dummies (Dopes Too)
Sending electronic mail to your clientele requires a certain amount of "finesse", allowing you to achieve your desired goals without inadvertently disenchanting those you mean to impress.
In other words, pay attention to what you write so you don't "piss off" your freakin' customers. OK? No, I am not going all "Jersey" on you; I'm just trying to make a point.
Unlike speaking face to face or talking on the phone, it is very easy to "send" the wrong message, LIKE USING ALL UPPER CASE LETTERING IN YOUR EMAILS.
Sorry, did you think I was yelling at you? That's so interesting.
Even if your writing skills are not where you want them to be, there are many things that you can do to respond to your clients without miscommunicating, or accidentally digging yourself into a hole.
