A Serra Cavalier in the Community

Kolby Warfield '17 was recently invited to the mayor's home by the Getty House Foundation to attend Women Who Lead Our Neighborhood Councils event as part of the Women's Leadership Series Program. He received an invite to this event because of his participation and graduation of the Civic Youth Leadership Academy. Kolby was encouraged to apply to the academy because of his involvement with the Los Angeles Mayor's Youth Council, specifically in the Harbor cohort.
CIF Football
Serra is Play At Home This Week

Serra High School kicks-off the Division I CIF-SS playoffs at home against Santa Margarita High School. They will meet on Friday, November 11th (Veteran's Day) in Kretzschmar Stadium at 7:00 pm.

Serra is ranked 12th in the state and Santa Margarita is ranked 14th in the state.

Reminder: This Friday's game is a CIF sponsored event, so you can't use your Alumni, Friend of Serra, or Coaches Card. All people must buy a ticket to see the game.

Since we are playing on Veteran's Day, we want to honor all Cavalier Alumni Veterans at halftime during the game.

If you would like to take part in the halftime show, please email Joe Cormier '81 ([email protected]) by Thursday (11/10) with your name, Serra class year, and military affiliation.
