A Serra Tradition
As the Holy Season of the birth of Jesus approaches, the Creche is placed in the courtyard as a reminder to us all of Serra's reason for being.
The angel said to them, "Do not be afraid; for behold, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all people. For today in the city of David a savior has been born for who is Messiah and Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find an infant wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.
~ Luke 2:10-12
Wishing you all a Happy and Holy Christmas!
A Serra Family
Pam Williams is one of the parents/ grandparents/ guardians who has been successful in getting folks to "Invest in a Student."
Here is a link to Invest in a Student!
With 5 sons/grandsons and 1 daughter who attended Serra and 2 daughters who would have attended Serra had Serra been co-ed at the time, Pam asked us why we didn't think of "Invest in a Student" 27 years ago. Pictured here is grandson/son Leroy Boudreau Aimee/Williams '13 who is a recent graduate of the Great Lakes Naval Training Center.
