Jess Money '64 pointed out the misspelling of Tom Caramagno's last name.
Bro. Bolts noted that those who took Latin at Serra would know that "In Memoriam" is spelled "In Memoriam."
Michael Thompson graduated in 1966, not in '64.
A Touch of Class
When teams visit Serra, they are greeted by a "Concierge Parent Volunteer" who directs the visitors to parking, takes them to their locker room, shows them to where the training room is located, etc. Such service produces letters like this.

"Sorry you could not make the game last Saturday. Your girls played outstanding but I would really like to thank and acknowledge your staff, coaches and fans. Your staff took great care of us and your coaches, parents and fans were a class act. Thank you again for the hospitality and good luck to your team in CIF and the state championship. Please forward this to coach for me.
Thank you"

The Lady Cavaliers scrambled, scratched and hustled last week against a much larger Etiwanda team last Thursday night. Alas! Etiwanda won 67-54 in the quarter finals of the championship bracket. The Lady Cavs now await a bid for the State Division 4 tournament.
Caught at the game, Mike Johnston in his '67 Senior jacket, loyal Serra rooter and retired 26 year Marine, Petunia, and freshman basketball parent, Roena Robinson.
The Men were capsized Friday night in the Serra gym by Sierra Canyon 53-45 in the Open division consolation round of CIF. The men are in the same situation as the Lady Cavs...waiting for a State Division 4 bid. Check Max Preps Sunday for information. Serra Cavaliers MaxPreps
