That was a rough first week of January, to much snow for someone who doesn't ski anymore, and to cold for this man, and his beast.
Good news though we are gaining just about 2 minutes of daylight per day, and summer is on its way.
You may notice that I have taken down the coupons from my newsletter.
2014 starts season ten for me so I am thinking of offering a discount coupon that reflects this.
Again thanks to everyone that has supported Captain Ed's Sailing. I had so few clients in 2005 that I could remember everyones names. Now I have had a few hundred folks take my class so my name remembering skills have fallen a bit.
I can't wait until this summer, as again I plan to offer an affordable way to get out sailing without the expense of owning a boat.
In the mean time, this is a great time to take a boating course, through the Coast Guard Auxiliary, or my recommendation would be through Boat Wise, both can be great courses however Boat Wise may keep your interest better.
Don't forget The Merrimack River Eagle Festival, and the Opportunity Works Auction.
Also if you are looking for a boat a client of mine

Captain Ed's Sailing gets more popular each year, however there are always great weekends as well as weekdays available.
At the end of the day you walk away from the boat and leave the cost of owning and maintaining the boat up to me.
