Waiting out Black Friday and Cyber Monday on the farm.
Believe it or not I have interest in Captain Ed's Sailing all year long, and as I have been staying put on the farm for the last few days avoiding Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, I have folks that are buying sailing lessons, as well as Hands on Family Charters.
I would have liked to have climbed up on at least one of my boats this past weekend, however my Element is still in the shop, and in it are my ladders, as well as extension cords. I don't take the batteries out of my boats for the winter so I like to climb up and charge them a few times through the winter.
Below are some coupons for Captain Ed's Sailing, I try to give as much value to your sailing experience as possible, allowing my customers an affordable way to get out sailing as individuals, or as a family. Selling lessons this time of year allows me to keep Captain Ed's Sailing running through out the year taking care of maintenance and other bills that come up.
One of the ways that I keep this sailing thing affordable is that if you sign up or are given a class you can take a guest on any of my trips for an additional $100.
The 2014 season will be my 10th season and I have some big plans that will sure to be of interest to all.

At the end of the day you walk away from the boat and leave the cost of owning and maintaining the boat up to me.

Buy local
As you know when you support Captain Ed's Sailing you are buying local, I buy local as well so the circle of that check stays in the Newburyport/ Deerfield are longer.
I support local marina's, as well as musicians and artist's.
Last year I bought my first vintage guitar an electric Sivertone, it has been real fun to play however some of the frets are to sharp, so I and sending it out to Neil Stephenson at NDS music repair. NDS is a local shop that repairs musical equipment, and this is Neil's 3rd year in business. If you are a musician some of that old equipment around your house can be fun to play with, and it is amazing the sounds that were created on them years ago, looking back from the digital age that we are in now.
Check out Neil's Web Page at www.ndsmusicrepair.com. Lets help keep Neil from have to look for a job at Home Depot
