Last week as you all know went straight into summer I had a great sail with Ed McCormack on Tuesday followed by an awesome evening sail Friday. On Saturday I had my first basic sailing class which again was great with nice wind and flat seas. No one booked me for Sunday, and I spent the day tied up to the town dock in Newburyport, there were not many folks in town but it was a pleasant day, and I had some time to fill the water tank and clean the boat a bit. With the rain today I finally had a chance to do some house cleaning on the Sarah Maria as well, I will be bringing her to the dock in Newburyport soon to fill the tanks, and hose her down.
I will be back on the dock this coming Wednesday from around five, until seven, or eight, depending whether any one is around or not. Come down and take my free navigation class, or learn a few knots.
I am trying to get a night sail in for this coming Thursday from 4pm until 9pm, this should be a nice relaxing sail since few boats will be out during the week night.
I have nothing planned so far for the weekend but the tides are good for afternoon sails from 2pm until 7pm both days will be basic sailing days which would be good for any one who would like to come out sailing for the day. We will start from scratch for those who need refreshment. Give me a call come on out sailing, it is an awesome way to beat the heat. I forgot we have been spotting either pilot whales, dolphin, tuna or sharks. Something is out there we just have not been able to identify it yet.
But the way the Spot is now again activated, I will try to remember to turn it on. Click here to follow me on Spot Follow me on Spot

Captain Ed's Sailing gets more popular each year, however there are always great weekends as well as weekdays available.
At the end of the day you walk away from the boat and leave the cost of owning and maintaining the boat up to me.
