Three young composers were selected for the second round of the Tenso Young Composers Workshop, taking place in Marseille from 5-7 February, where they worked with Musicatreize, James Wood, Leo Samama and Roland Hayrabedian: Sebastian Androne (RO), Sofia Borges (PT) and L�o Collin (FR).
The award went to Sebastian Androne: 'the music he brought to the workshop touched the jury, performers and audience'.

Two calls are still open: for young conductors and singers!
In 2016 several masterclasses for conductors will be organized during Tenso Days, kicking off during Tenso Days Mechelen in May. The applicationis open to conductors between 18 and 32 years old, studying or working in Europe. Deadline 18 March.
Tenso Europe Chamber Choir (TECC), the project choir for young professional singers, will rehearse and perform with Kaspars Putniņs in July 2016, and come together again for a short period to work with Paul Hillier in August 2016. The call for applications closes on 25 March.
