 Dear Parents and OLF Families,
We are sharing the wonderful news that this past Friday, March 8, 2013 our very own OLF student, Peyton E. won the Second Prize for prose at the Holocaust Art & Writing Contest sponsored by Chapman University.
Peyton submitted an essay that was inspired by the testimony of a Holocaust survivor. After receiving her prize money of $250.- , she enjoyed the opportunity to have her edition of the Holocaust Chronicle autographed by Holocaust survivors.
This is the first time, OLF has soared to these heights! Congratulations Peyton and Mrs. Kelly for guiding her to a rewarding and life-changing experience! Go Falcons!
