Please join us on July 24, 2013, from  9:00-11:00 a.m. for a live presentation with Visiting Scholar in Practice, Stephany Zaic, Child Welfare Law Specialist. Stephany's presentation "Dependency and TPR in the new Juvenile Code" will focus on the sections of the newly revised juvenile code that address dependency and termination of parental rights. Registration and details are available at http://tinyurl.com/juvcoderev-depend-termination.

Then join us on August 6, 2013, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. for a live presentation with Scholar in Practice, Randee Waldman, Director of the Barton Juvenile Defender Clinic.  Randee's presentation, "Delinquency and Incompetency and the New GA Juvenile Code" will focus on the sections of the newly revised juvenile code that address delinquency and competency to stand trial.   To register for this event, go to:  http://tinyurl.com/juvcoderev-delinquency-incomp.
