Putt Putt 
Middle school is going to Putt Putt Fun Zone on Wednesday, September 16th at 2:30. Parents pick their children up at 5:00 PM at Putt Putt Fun Zone. Participants are allowed to wear jeans or shorts no more than two inches above the knee to school. Students not attending must wear their uniform to school and go to study hall in Mr. Mitchell's room.
Student cost is $10.00 thanks to a PTO donation. Please thank your PTO for their support

Coke Caps - We earn points for supplies with Coke and Coke product caps! Visit
and set up an account using your email address.
Enter Coke caps (Dasani, Sprite, Seagrams and more), then donate the points to Holy Cross School. There are also codes on the inside of cartons and cases of Coke products. There is NO school account for caps. Individuals must set up accounts and enter numbers for donating. If you can't do that, please continue to send them in and we will have our volunteers enter them, but we need help:)
iPad Air Raffle Tickets are available in the office. 1 ticket for $5 or 3 tickets for $10. Drawing will be held October 17th (do not need to be present to win). Get yours today!
 Booster Club Coupon Books
The Athletic Boosters are selling coupon books that can actually save you hundreds of dollars. With coupons to popular restaurants and businesses, this is an easy way to support our athletic program while saving yourself some money as well! Holy Cross School Annual Golf Tournament 
Holy Cross School will once again sponsor its annual Golf Tournament on Saturday, October 10, 2015, at London Downs Golf Club. Lunch will be served beginning at noon with a shotgun start to follow at 1:00 p.m. The entrance fee is $300 per foursome and $100 to sponsor a hole. Please plan on joining us! --Sign up to make sandwiches and bag cereal after school in the cafeteria on Thursday, 9/17. Parents, teachers, and students are encouraged to help! If you are a 5th-12th grade student, then we can use your assistance! Needed supplies: loaves of 100% wheat bread, boxes/bags of healthy cereal, creamy peanut butter, jam/jelly
--Volunteers [5 or 6] are needed for the Lynchburg Daily Bread on Sunday, 10/4, from 9:00 a.m. until about 1:00 p.m. Middle school students may help, but a parent MUST volunteer with them.
--Continue to send in: books, magazines, Bibles, toiletries, hygiene products, gently used clothes/shoes, and snack foods for the Lynchburg Daily Bread.
--Please send ALL donations down to my room, 104. Thanks for all you continue to do to enable us to aid the needy in our community!

CIRCUS DAY- HUGE SUCCESS 
Elementary students were treated to a "Circus Fun Day" party on Friday as a reward for meeting the summer reading goal. Activities included a fun show by Teddy Spaghetti, juggler and entertainer extraordinaire, games, refreshments and photo opportunities! We are proud to say that 100% of our students
completed the reading requirements: Students in Pre-K through 2nd grade read 1,346 books. Students in grades 3-5 read 58,302 pages!! Holy Cross School students rock!
Stay tuned next week for some pictures of our Circus Fun Day. Mrs. Main would like to thank the many volunteers who helped run the activities, those who prepared things in advance, and those who donated food, drink or prizes! We
had moms, dads and grandparents and alumni all helping us! Holy Cross families are the best!!
