Reminder for all PreK and K parents: Tissues and Tea, Monday following drop-off. Join your fellow PreK and K parents after morning drop off for a Holy Cross tradition. Magnolia Foods on Rivermont Ave., 8:30-9:30 a.m. Your younger children are welcome to attend. See you there!
August 22 and 23 are 1:35 dismissals and NO LUNCH WILL BE SERVED. Elementary students, please pack a lunch these two days!

Holy Cross Families are Great!
Thanks to the Luther and Duffield families for donating sand for our playground. Students of all ages enjoy digging in the sandbox. We appreciate our parents!

If there are changes, please line through the incorrect information and provide the correct information. SUMMER READING/ READ AROUND THE WORLD
Elementary students, it's time to wrap up our summer reading and turn in our reading logs! Bring them in to your teachers or Mrs. Main beginning on the first day of school, but no later than Aug. 28th! You don't want to miss our Around the world day on Friday, Sept. 6th! Please make sure the logs are signed by a parent!
HELP NEEDED FOR 'READ AROUND THE WORLD" DAY- Sept. 6th

Parents: Help is needed for our summer reading celebration on Friday, Sept. 6th in the following ways:
- Volunteers to help with activities on Sept. 6th from about 9:00-11:30
- Donations of food items that will tie in with our Around the world" theme.
- Setting up or cleaning up on Sept. 6th before or after the event., or helping with pre-event details such as making name tags, labeling prize bags, etc. (anytime before that day)
**Also, if anyone has particular expertise about any country, or some items that represent that country that we could borrow, let me know and we can try to include it in our event!
