 The Leatherman Clinic

In the summer of 2012, Dr. Danen Pauly, D.C., took over the Leatherman Chiropractic Clinic, founded eight years prior in downtown Excelsior Springs. Dr. Pauly always had an interest in healthcare and helping others. He graduated from the University of Iowa and then attended Palmer Chiropratic College in Iowa.
The clinic welcomes walk-ins and provides sports physicals and exams for workers compensation, personal injury, and motor vehicle accidents. Exams may include ultrasound and E-Stim therapy, traction tables, and x-rays.
The foundation of this clinic is based on a more gentle and personal visit, rather than a rigid routine. "My patients all appreciate it. It's what it's all about, and what really matters," said Dr. Pauly.
"I am from Southeast Iowa and have always loved the Kansas City area. When I visited Excelsior Springs I fell in love with the area and the people!" said Dr. Pauly. "It is so very exciting and rewarding to be a member of this community and serve these great people."
Being new to the area, Dr. Pauly joined the Chamber of Commerce to get involved with the community.
"Plus my clinic is right next door!" said Dr. Pauly. "I was President of my student council at my high school in Iowa and attended a few Chamber meetings as part of my duties. I must say the Chamber of Commerce here is absolutely fantastic. The amount of involvement is very impressive with the size of Excelsior Springs."
Dr. Pauly has a special interest in helping with youth sports and looks forward to joining other community organizationspirit Pack was founded by Daryn Ross in his dorm room at William Jewell College in 1987. Then, one year later, his parents, Don and Teresa Ross joined him in the business endeavor.

Educate 2 Cultivate -

 "How to Create Self-Motivated People"

Are our employees underperforming? Are you tired of trying to get people "pumped up" to simply do the job you're paying them for?
For the past 18 years Shawn Buxton has spoken to managers and leaders in the U.S., Canada, Central America, and the United Kingdom ---- and the number one question he hears is "How do I motivate my people?"
Join Shawn for a fast paced session where he'll share
the secrets he's learned from working with top leaders from Fortune 100 companies like JP Morgan, Staples, and HCA Healthcare. Learn how their managers get the most from their people without cracking the whip, silly contests, and hype.
By the end of the session you'll understand how you can have happy, engaged, and motivated employees that WANT to do their best everyday.
