31st Annual Waterfest
Mark your calendars for June 29, 30 and July 1st and plan to attend our Annual Waterfest event !! There will be craft booths, quilt show, food court, dog contests, hickory golf tournament, 5K run, Strongest Man contest, lawn tractor pull, car show, parade, balloon rides, kids games, live bands and many other activities through out the day !! Come and Join in on the fun as we have a great time and don't forget about the parade on Saturday morning and the fireworks on Saturday night !!!

Chamber member provides computer repair service
Jordan List, owner of List I.T., LLC, manages a computer services and repair business in Excelsior Springs. He joined the Chamber in November 2011.
"I joined the Chamber because of the unique networking and socializing opportunities offered," Jordan said. "Even though List I.T. is a new business, I have been working with computers and serving the community and surrounding area since 2006."
Home and business clients are served by a team of computer professionals. A free computer evaluation is offered as an in-shop service.

With over 10 years experience in I.T., Jordan's passion for technology and desire to serve others has never been stronger. During those years of serving customers, he has successfully obtained a degree in computer science, as well as technical certifications.

Excelsior Springs Nursing and Rehab
Kristi Shewell updated luncheon attendees with news from Excelsior Springs Nursing & Rehab during the May meeting. The center has undergone a recent renovation that includes new carpet and visiter station.

Chamber members welcome Jacob Messer during his Grand Opening/Open House event held May 11. Jacob Messer Photography Studio is located at 106 E. Broadway.
A Ribbon Cutting Ceremony concluded a special Chamber Morning Schmooze held at the Elms Hotel & Spa on May 11. Members of the Excelsior Springs Area Chamber of Commerce and The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce gathered at the morning event for continental breakfast, hotel tours and networking.
Come Join us on May 31st at our Ribbon Cutting for Cedar's Coffee House, 311 S. Thompson Avenue, from 5-7 p.m.
August 2nd there will be a 30th Anniversary Celebration & Ribbon Cutting at Annie's Furniture & Gifts from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
