4 Myths of Innovation Strategy
Learn to Succeed in Product Development

Business strategy is very important to succeed in product development and project management.  Yet, there are several misconceptions that lead firms away from success in innovation.

  1.  Strategy gives a long-term sustainable advantage.
  2. Invest in a prime technology alone.
  3. Establish an innovation center and sequester the R&D workers to be more effective.
  4. Budget for successful projects.

Of course, these myths are not the path to innovation success in today's fast-changing world.  You can learn tools to defeat these myths in our edgiest paper to date:  4 Myths of Innovation Strategy.   GNPS Premier members can log-on and download for FREE (first year membership is only $60 so you save $47 on an annual subscription!).  Non-members can Download Now(in pdf) and learn the four tips to manage projects for critical deadlines at the low price of only $8.95, including sales tax.
