Boxes of Love! LAST CALL!!!!
Please help us help the less fortunate of Orange County...
This is such a great opportunity to teach your child about helping others. You can go to the grocery store and help them fill a box!
The deadline is Monday, November 5! Here is the list of items to be included in the box: Box of Love Ingredients! Hurricane Sandy SupportBefore and after school, on Thursday, November 8 and Friday, November 9, Second Grade will be hosting a bake sale in the main hallway to benefit victims of Hurricane Sandy. If you would like to donate any type of baked good, please bring your donations by Wednesday afternoon to Mrs. Lopez's Class (Room 15). Baked goods include: cupcakes, cookies, mini cakes, chocolate dipped pretzel sticks, and rice crispy treats. Any pre-packaged treat is highly recommended (ziplock bagging individual cookies or rice crispy treats). Please label any tupperware or cake stands with your child's name and room number. Every item will be listed as a dollar, so portion items accordingly. Also, don't forgot to bring money to support our fundraiser!
Cooler Weather ApproachesPlease remember that ONLY True Grits outerwear is allowed. In this transition year, we will allow all previous Fairmont sweatshirts/coats as well as the new uniform sweaters/fleeces/coats. You may pre-order sweaters/fleeces and coats from True Grits and they will be delivered by October. Prep Plus at Fairmont PrepPrep Plus is the complimentary after school program offered to all students at Fairmont Prep. This program provides students the opportunity to participate in enrichment workshops outside the classroom, ranging from yoga to professional internships. Check out the most recent Prep Plus schedule and workshops to see the wide variety of course offerings.

Want to increase your family's global perspective? Anaheim Hills Families are invited to host a 3rd-8th grade South Korean exchange student visiting our campus for 2 or 3 weeks this January.
