CG407801 & CG408207 / Fall 2014 / Geneva, IL / Designer: Laurie
According to the National Kitchen and Bath Association, manufactured quartz is now the leading countertop in the industry. Have you stopped by a design center recently? Anything surprise you? Do you notice quartz countertops installed in most design center applications? If so, there is a reason! If not, stop by one of our three design centers - St. Charles, Naperville and Oswego ;)
So, why fall in love with this man-made product? In this fast-paced world that we live in, practicality, functionality and ease of maintenance tend to dictate our everyday choices. Thanks to this non-porous surface, homeowners no longer need to seal their countertops. Plus, it's stain, acid, scratch & heat resistant AND antimicrobal - ideal for kitchens and bathrooms!
Summer may have just come to a close and we'd all love to hold onto these beautiful Indian Summer days - the holidays will soon sneak up. Trust me, a recent trip to Hobby Lobby (with its trees, ornaments and decor lining the shelves) had us believing it was already Christmas - but, I digress. As we prepare to host this season, let's get our family and friends talking about something stylish and chic. A new countertop (or two!), perhaps? Here's to a little 'loo' envy - goodbye flecks, hello movement.
