Where did we learn that we have to say "yes" to everything? "Yes" to more debt. "Yes" to holiday overspending. "Yes" to the new partnership. "Yes" to the idea that is experimental at best. And when we finally do say "no," we convolute it with so many excuses, that we often get talked into a "yes" that is counterproductive to our success, and then we get an attitude with the very person or situation that we should have said "no" to in the first place!

Know when to just say "no."
Every good thing isn't good FOR you!
Saying "no" will allow you to think clearly and develop a plan so you can eventually get to a yes, if at all.
No. I will will not be overextended.
No. I will not miss my opportunity to shine.
No. I will not allow chaos to entangle my plan for prosperity.
