We are proud to introduce the new F4 Editions for the UVMVP series of UV LED printers. These printers were designed specifically for use with the new MultiSolve™ IRF4 ink set, which has flexible properties that exceed the MultiSolve™ IR2 inks.

Cracking and peeling of prints is eliminated or minimized on flexible items like leather belts, printer cables, ribbons, phone cases, vinyl, squeeze bottles and much more.

The F4 editions feature the same 6 ink colors in 8 channels as the standard UVMVP series printers – C, M, Y ,K, Cl, Cl, Wh, Wh.

In a production environment, time is money. The new IRF4 inks do not require any additional drying time or curing equipment before packaging.

Users of the new F4 Edition machines and IRF4 inks still maintain the industry-best print quality, speeds and capabilities like TEXTUR3D™ and EasyCyl that have made the standard UVMVP series so popular around the globe*.

You can still print on rigid substrates too! IRF4 inks may perform better on certain rigid materials or objects when compared to other inks. Materials should be tested to ensure they meet the specified requirements of your application.

* IRF4 inks are not compatible with the ADA/Braille module. IRF4 inks are only compatible with the F4 Edition machines. To prevent contamination of the ink system, operators of the machine must only use the compatible ink specified for each machine. Failure to do so will harm the machine and void the warranty.

As announced in the April eNewsletter, the new EasyCyl printer package (3.107) is now available. Upon updating, users will notice that they will now have a new head alignment test file that installs in the EasyCyl – Head Alignment queue.

The new head alignment test file makes it is easier to see the center point between the white and color.  As with previous versions, this new file has been designed to precisely calibrate the EasyCyl attachment to align with the center point of the print head. This alignment provides the user with the optimal print speed and quality when printing to cylindrical objects.
