We are pleased to announce the release of two new products designed for use in your DCS Direct Jet UV LED printer.

Our new IR2 Monomer Flush will replace our current IR2 Wash, which will be discontinued in the coming weeks. The IR2 Monomer Flush should only be used for flushing ink out of the heads before shipment or when the printer is to be left unattended for a period of two weeks or more. The IR2 Monomer Flush cartridges should be removed and should never be left in the printer once the flush has been administered. Available in 1 liter (order I-7101-L) and 150 ml (order I-7101-150) sizes.

The new UV LED Low-Odor Wipe-On Adhesion Promoter works very similarly to our current version, but with substantially less odor. This new Adhesion Promoter can be printed either wet or dry. Additionally, pre-processing of the wet adhesion promoter on the substrate with either an elevated heat source (such as a heat gun) or an offline UV curing device can also advance the level of adhesion achieved. Available in a 200 ml bottle (order I-UV-ADHPR2-200).
