What to tell my boss about a filter?

Question:

I would like to subscribe to an internet filtering service (Venishmartem Cloud Filter) at my work. However, it would need to be approved and handled by the Networking and Security team. In order for them to consider helping me, I would need to list the business justification for needing to use this. Do you have any advice on how best to present this request and how to list the business justification for needing the filter?

Response:

Perhaps you can write something along these lines:

Every study shows how unfiltered internet access is a major distraction in today's office environment, and besides the huge amount of time wasting that goes on it also leads to the viewing of inappropriate material, the development inappropriate relationships, and even dangerous and illegal behaviors and addictions. Although I have not abused the internet in such ways (as of yet, thank G-d), my religious and moral obligations require me to be extremely vigilant and careful with my internet use. Not only because I would like to protect myself spiritually, but also because would like to be a more honest and hard working employee. I therefore request that you please approve the following...
