Bechol Kareinu Eilav
We received this e-mail today from Leah:
As I was reading through some of the hashgacha pratis stories included in tonight's email, I was inspired to share an amazing story that happened to me. Baruch Hashem I have done sincere teshuva for my old ways and would never find myself in this situation again, but I just wanted to share. Anyways, here's the story in short..
My boy friend and I had been dating for five years already and we were planning to get married so we made plans to stay at a fancy hotel and have a cozy night together. The school I was in didn't allow the girls to sleep out without earning it. We calculated exactly how long it would take me to earn a sleep out slip and booked the hotel accordingly. We talked of our plans often and were very excited! As the date got closer I became increasingly uncomfortable and nervous over the thought of the night, but all was booked and in order. The day finally came and we were at the hotel ready to check in. I was upset at what I'd gotten myself into and so so badly wished I could back out and go back to school. We got the room. Room number 613. The sign was very clear to me and I whispered to Hashem that there's nothing I could do anymore because my boy friend would never understand and be very upset at me if I cancelled. It was too late. I apologized to Hashem for ever planning this and begged him to make sure I remained kadosh. Every detail of what happened in the minutes following is true. Hashem answered my tefillos! My phone rang with a text from the seminary's messaging system saying that the school was on lockdown for security purposes and everyone must return to school immediately! (Even if you had a sleep out slip!!) Our night had to be cancelled and I was able to pretend that I was devastated. The school was only on lock down until the next morning and this was the only time this happened the entire year! It was the only night I could not use my sleep out!
Hashem answered my tefillos and showed me that He loves and cares so so much about each of his children that He is prepared to do a major neis! There is no doubt in my mind that thousands of seminary and yeshivah students had to be on lockdown as part of Hashem's masterful plan to save me. I carry the keycard In my wallet with the numbers 613 in big on its envelope as a reminder that we are not left alone in a random universe to wonder. Hashem runs the world and is looking out and protecting each and every one of his precious children. Haba Letaher Misayin Lo! If you sincerely call out to Hashem, He will answer!

Testimonial for DC's Calls
Dear Duvid Chaim, Thank you so much for your wonderful and holy sessions. Your guidance & encouragement give me tremendous chizuk, and most of all it gives me hope and expectation to bezh"y succeed in this battle. Just wanted to share my victory yesterday, as a direct result of your devotion. I am going through a lot of RID now because of financial stress, and that is usually a big trigger for me to start surfing online. It is amazing how the same reason why not to act out - you would think that a person in dire need of a Yeshua and wanting to be on Hashem's "good side" will never fall at such times - is actually the cause of feeling RID and subsequently fall. That's how it is with my addictive mind. So yesterday afternoon I left my office because I felt too weak and was afraid that I'd eventually fall. But Hashem had a different plan and I had three important reasons to go back during after-hours when no one is there (another trigger by itself), so when I came to the building I surrendered the lust to Hashem and begged Him to save me, "Dear Bashefer, I cannot do this altogether by myself, You are sending me here, and I ask of You to please please save me, I'm giving all my lusting over to Your hands, You can handle this whole package way better then me". And Hashem didn't disappoint and helped throughout the whole time that I had to be there. Please understand that In the situation I was in, it rarely ends with such a happy end. It was a huge accomplishment for me, and I attribute this success to your dedication in the past week. I realized that the nisoyon is not whether to click on an inappropriate website or not, that may be the nisoyon for regular people - not for addicts. For me the nisoyon starts way earlier, will I really surrender the feeling of RID and resulted lust to Hashem or not. Not just praying "G-D save me" with lip service and hope for the best, I have to totally give myself over to His power, and THAT is what saved me. Thanks again, and me Hashem grant you with health, wealth & abundance of Yiddish Nachas! Gut Shabbos!
