More snow on the way! We have enjoyed some bright sunshine and warm days, and our service technicians have been routinely test riding motorcycles all winter. Then two weeks ago we received the storm that the weather forecasters were so excited about.
In the 14 years winters that Great Bay Motorcycles has been open we had never closed on a Saturday for a weather event. We closed early a few times to be sure, but we always opened. Our recent blizzard changed that streak. We closed early on Friday so the employees could get home safely, and on Saturday morning, amid urgings by state officials to stay off the roads, we made the decision to not open because of the snow storm. Another record broken!
Later that day, I managed to get our plow truck massively stuck at the entrance to our parking lot, and sent my kids off to play in the woods behind the shop while I tried
vainly to dig the truck out. After way too long, my daughter reminded me that it was her birthday, and that I had made no progress moving the plow truck. Fortunately, a local good samaritan came by on his John Deere, took pity on me, and pulled the truck out. Birthday dinner saved! I have included a couple of photos for perspective.

The seminar will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 16th, and will cover many ownership and maintenance basics, things every owner should know. Mike will also review the updates, changes and new technology that Ducati has brought to market for 2013. This is a chance to be with Master Technician Mike as he downloads the freshest information from the Ducati tech world directly to you. Space is limited, so please reserve your spot by calling us.
