-Meridian PO Finance, LLC, senior secured lender to Largo, Florida, supplier Camsing Global, LLC, has agreed to sell all of the assets of Camsing Global, LLC to Capital Supply Group, Inc.

-Supplier Gill Studios, Inc. announced that it has acquired the assets and brand of the recently closed supplier Barton Nelson, Inc. . A new company, Gill Bebco, Inc. has been formed and will operate out of Barton Nelson's facility in Kansas City, Missouri.

-Gold Bond, Inc., based in Hixson, Tennessee, has acquired supplier World Wide Lines, Inc. in Covington, Tennessee. World Wide offers full-color printing. Gold Bond and World Wide will operate as separate entities for the foreseeable future.
