Thai high season and Europe climate change:
Watching the news of the unusually atrocious weather in Europe at this time of year with flights and trains being cancelled across Europe and treacherous road conditions, those of us whom live here or are on holiday feel exceptionally lucky. Thai high season December through to end April http://www.siamvillarentals.com/seasons-weather remain glorious and the last few weeks it has hardly rained with daily temperatures averaging 33 degrees! Coming from the UK one can never plan your UK holiday or guarantee good weather as it always lets you down unlike Thailand!
Country Property value for money?
Recently, both Singapore and Hong Kong have taken cooling measures to slow their property markets with substantial increased taxes and/or stamp duties making the purchase of property much more expensive. The Thai government have announced in February this year that they see no need for cooling measures such as increasing taxes on property and the country's economy is in good health with GDP likely to hit 5%+ this year (Europe GDP 2013?) . Those of us in real estate here still see many years of continued growth albeit from changing nationalities such as Russian speakers, India and Austrasia. Thai property even with increases in building costs remain excellent value. Those of you whom work or live in Singapore or Hong Kong should consider buying in Thailand and in this newsletter you will find many great buys.

Лучшая страна Азии для вложений в недвижимость?
Совсем недавно Сингапур и Гонконг существенно повысили ставки налогов и сборов на недвижимость, что, несомненно, не лучшим образом скажется на развитии рынка недвижимости этих азиатских стран. При этом, Правительство Таиланда в феврале 2013 года заявило о том, что не видит необходимости повышения ставок налогов на недвижимость, что в первую очередь свидетельствует о здоровой экономической ситуация в стране, не требующей сегодня повышения налоговых доходов с недвижимости. Рост ВВП в Таиланде, по прогнозам экспертов, составит в текущем году порядка 5%. Спрос на местную недвижимость по-прежнему остается высоким - виллы и апартаменты в Таиланде, даже несмотря на увеличение стоимости строительства в последние годы, по-прежнему пользуются высоким спросом у покупателей всего мира, особенно из России, Индии и Австралии.
