USACE Northwestern Division leadership change on the horizon
This July, the Northwestern Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will see a leadership change when Brigadier General Anthony C. Funkhouser departs and the command is assumed by Colonel John Kem. BG Funkhouser will assume command as Commandant of the U.S. Army Engineer School at Fort Leonard Wood. He will be replaced by COL Kem, who has most recently served as the Deputy Chief Legislative Liaison for the Department of the Army in Washington, DC.
PNWA congratulates BG Funkhouser on his new role at Fort Leonard Wood, and sincerely appreciates the leadership he has demonstrated as the head of the Northwestern Division. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Division, and to welcoming COL Kem to the region when the command change occurs next month.
The change of command will take place on Monday, July 15th at 11am. If you would like to attend the ceremony, please click here for more information and to RSVP.
