Oops! We Got the Location Wrong
In the last issue we reported that the 7th Annual St. Paddy's Day Feast to benefit the Chittenden County Emergency Food Shelf was taking place on Friday, March 15th at the Sheraton. But, we were absolutely wrong. The event is at the Doubletree Hotel in South Burlington.
Our apologies to the organizers!

Vermont 2-1-1 is Always There!
In January, Vermont 2-1-1 processed 1,015 requests for after-hours emergency housing, 483 more than in December of 2012. That means that many people were without a place to spend the night in the middle of the winter in Vermont! If you are thinking homelessness is not a problem we need to solve in Vermont, think again.
Check out the After Hours Emergency Housing Report from Vermont 2-1-1 here.
Vermont 2-1-1 is a program of the United Ways of Vermont and your Community Campaign contributions at work.
