How is the July session of TRX Boot Camp different that other months?
TABCC: The main difference is going to be an intense focus on the core two of the three workouts a week. Each week will build on the next, so you will want to make all the workouts.
How will TRX Boot Camp help me get flat abs in only 12 sessions?
TABCC: By structuring the exercises in each workout in a specific order and by repeating certain TRX sequences multiple times in workouts several times a month, you will build lean muscle faster.
What else will I have to do to reach my flat belly goal?
TABCC: If you already eat fairly well, you may not have to do anything else, but we will be sending out tips on how to clean up your diet to help improve results and speed up recovery from each workout. Follow these tips and you will be amazed at how quickly your body leans out and how that tummy flattens out!
