Shipmates,
Division 5 has scheduled its annual Change of Watch (COW) ceremony and celebratory luncheon for Sunday, February 10th, at Spoto's Restaurant in the Bronx.
It is a perfect venue for our event, with great food and company! You are welcome and encouraged to bring family and friends.
The COW is a great opportunity to meet members of other flotillas and recognize the achievements of shipmates in our flotilla and division.
The official swearing in of appointed and elected officers will also take place, along with remarks from active duty Coast Guard officers in our area of responsibility and the Division 5 officers.

Important: In SmartTix select the 'will call ($0.00)" option as your delivery method! The other options cost extra money and are not required to sign up. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, February 8. No on-site payments will be allowed.
Spoto's is reasonably close to public transportation and the BxM9 express bus from Manhattan. If you prefer to drive, the division has also arranged for free valet parking at Spoto's, so you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot.
