With the chilly days and cold, dark nights drawing in where better to head than The Canbury for some welcome cheer, tempting food and a well deserved drink! We've got some great events coming up in the next couple of week as well as a new menu to entice you.
The first exciting event is a new
QUIZ NIGHT, Thursday 15th November 7.30 for 8pm start. It is open to all customers, we have finished our run of 'inter school' quizzes and due to popular demand we have opened up the floor to any teams, whether they're schools, offices or individuals who enjoy the thrill of a quiz! There's a
CASH prize to be won too, so if you're the competitive type register your team now and start flexing your grey matter. We will be holding the quiz night every 6 weeks so look out for future dates.
The evening of
Thursday 22nd November (7.30 for 8pm start) we are hosting another of our popular
'Wine and Dine' evenings. We are delighted to have Ralph Hochar from the world famous
CHATEAU MUSAR estate. There will be 6 of their wines to taste served alongside a Lebanese style 4 course dinner. Ralph will talk us through the amazing history and production of Chateau Musar wines and Charlotte Dean from Wined Up Here will impart her wine expertise (and be ready with her order book!). Tickets are £40 per person and are selling fast,

Our
CHRISTMAS MARKET returns on
Saturday 24th November, 10am-1pm. We have hand picked an eclectic mix of stalls, whether it's food and drink, hampers, children's gifts, jewellery, hand crafted art, textiles, ceramics or cards, hopefully there will be something for everyone. At 12pm The Canbury Singers will perform some seasonal sounds to enhance your Canbury experience

Our
November menu is available and going down a treat with diners, it's a veritable cornucopia of seasonal produce with some particularly delicious new dishes for our vegetarian customers (and our meat plates are as tasty as ever too!).

The Canbury Christmas Season. We are now taking bookings for Christmas functions, no matter the size of your party we advise making a reservation as soon as you can. We have a menu choice for parties of 8 or more, 2 courses for £23.50 or 3 course for £28.50.
PLEASE NOTE our fixed price menu offer will not be available throughout December, nor will the 50% off bar bites Monday - Friday 5pm-7pm, however, all offers will be on-going throughout November.
