Founded in 1928 by Martin Ozinga, Sr., Ozinga began as a small coal and coke yard in Evergreen Park, Illinois. Now a fourth-generation family business, Ozinga has continued to innovate and provide quality service to build and grow the Midwest. One part of our operations is Ozinga Energy, a company providing Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fuel and CNG fueling station solutions to the Midwest and beyond. We currently operate four public CNG fueling stations as well as one private fueling station and have been exploring further opportunities available in Northwest Indiana and specifically South Bend, in the near future.
Currently, Ozinga Energy has been working to help PACE build their new state of the art facility in Markham, Illinois. Ozinga Energy has been supplying CNG compressor equipment to aid in the construction of PACE's CNG fueling station that will provide fuel for their new CNG-powered fleet of buses.
