As the DieselWise Roadshow comes to a close, we would like to thank all who attended our events. Whether you made it to one, two or all three of the events we hope that you learned some valuable information about grant opportunities provided by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM). UPCOMING FUNDING OPPORTUNITY
South Shore Clean Cities, in collaboration with BP Whiting Refinery, and several other Environmental Groups, is pleased to announce the Cleaner Air through Diesel Emission Reductions (CADER) Grant program. Funds totaling $450,000 will be available to support qualified projects submitted by Lake County municipalities, schools and not-for-profit hospitals. HELP SEND MILITARY KIDS TO CAMP AT DUNES LEARNING CENTER
Operation: Military Kids is the U.S. Army's collaborative effort with America's communities to support children and youth impacted by deployment. Regardless of whether Families are experiencing deployment for the first time, the second time or another in a series of multiple deployments, OMK's goal is to connect military children and youth with local resources in order to achieve a sense of community support and
enhance their well-being. We need your help to raise $21,000 so that these children of our service personnel can enjoy one week of summer camp with their peers. LEARN MORE

NextEnergy and CALSTART will be hosting the inaugural Workplace Charging Workshop to provide insight into why workplace charging is essential and what the opportunities are for employers, employees and other stakeholders. Be sure to join us on June 18th in Detroit, Michigan to learn how to become a workplace innovator and a contributor to a cleaner environment.
