Program Spotlight:  Elder Services
Age may be  a number, but our needs change as we get older.
JFS Eldercare may provide you the independence and peace of mind you seek.

Under the JFS Eldercare umbrella you can find homecare, care management, the Patient Navigator Program, the Friendly Visitor program and JFS Healthy Aging.  Did you know that JFS provides  wellness programs at 4 senior housing facilities and in Framingham? Here are some of the areas we focus on, including the volunteer opportunities:
  • Elder Care Management  - JFS Elder Care Managers understand the challenges of growing older. Peace of mind for families.
  • Homecare-homemaker and personal  care services
  • Patient Navigator - trained volunteers who accompany older adults to medical appointments
  • Friendly visitors - Many older adults live alone and can become isolated.  Volunteers provide visits and connection
  • Health and Wellness Programs in Senior Housing and in the community

Did you know that JFS' Elder Services Team helps over 1,700 older adults age in place at home in a safe and dignified manner.   Visit our website to learn more about these services!
